We do not collect payment information at this time. Senkei does not currently process payments directly.
We collect your career material for one reason: to generate tailored resumes and cover letters that accurately represent your actual experience.
- Build and maintain your Senkei profile
- Generate resumes and cover letters matched to job roles you apply for

We do not use your information to serve advertising. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We do not share your data with recruiters, employers, job boards, or any third party beyond the infrastructure providers listed above.
When you upload a file — a CV, project report, transcript, or any other document — here is exactly what happens to it:
- The file is processed to extract the career information it contains
- That extracted information is added to your Senkei profile
- The original file is stored and remains accessible to you in your profile until you delete it or close your account
If you would prefer that your original uploaded files are deleted immediately after extraction — keeping only the extracted profile data — you can request this at privacy@senkei.app. We will delete the original files and confirm when done.
No uploaded file content is retained in any form after your account is deleted.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your profile data — including all uploaded files, work history, projects, and generated documents — within 30 days.
Anonymised aggregate usage patterns may be retained for product improvement purposes. No personal career material, profile content, or uploaded files are retained in any form after account deletion.
